• Our 4-axis CNC hot wire foam cutting machine Model 2413-25 features genuine 4-axis simultaneous linkage. It is not merely equipped with four axes. There is an essential difference between having four axes and true 4-axis linkage. Please avoid misleading claims from other manufacturers.
• Hot wire foam cutting machines use heated nichrome wire reaching 500-600°C to melt and cut materials such as EPS foam, XPS, SEPS and EPE.
• The advantages of hot wire cutters are no dust pollution and high efficiency with multi-wire cutting.
• This machine can cut 3D shaped products thanks to its 4-axis linkage.
•  We adopt a unique hot wire mounting mechanism, which can cut large-size and large-angle special-shaped products while keeping the temperature constant. Up to 20 hot wires can be fitted to multiply the working efficiency.
