    • CNC foam cutting machine independently developed by Yiling with power-off memory function. After power failure and restart, it can resume cutting from the position before power cut, saving time and improving precision.
    • It supports direct cutting with drawings drawn in AutoCAD, with no need of third-party software to convert drawings into G-code or other codes. It is user-friendly for general users and saves the cost of hiring professional technicians.
    • he heating wire is installed with a unique positioning method developed by Yiling, delivering higher positioning accuracy.
    • It adopts an isolation transformer for better personal safety. Meanwhile, the temperature remains stable even when 40 heating wires are installed.
    • A scale is provided for adjusting the heating wire size, so the actual precision can be clearly observed.
    • The overall structure is precisely calculated and made of well-selected materials to ensure long-term stability without deformation.

    Applicable Materials：

    • It can process PS foam board, XPS extruded board, EPE foam, sponge and any other materials meltable by heating wire.
